Ashiya

Ashiya (芦屋市; -shi) is a city located in Hyōgo, Japan, between the cities of Osaka and Kobe. It was largely destroyed the south area in the Great Hanshin earthquake of 1995, and was rebuilt and transformed into an upper middle class suburban community,whereas the north area (mountain side) was not destroyed so much.
