Casey

The City of Casey is a Local Government Area in Victoria, Australia. It is located in the outer south eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Casey is Victoria's most populous municipality, with a current estimated population of over 226,000. It has an area of 407 square kilometres. The City is named after Lord Casey. Over the past five years, the City of Casey was Victoria's fastest growing municipality. It was also the third-fastest in Australia behind the Gold Coast and Brisbane City Councils over the same period. The expected future population is 350,000.
