Dandi is a small village in the district of Navsari, Gujarat, India. It is located on the coast of the Arabian Sea near the city of Navsari. It shot into worldwide prominence in 1930 when Mahatma Gandhi selected it to be the place for the Salt Satyagraha. Area Code: 2875
