Sibi

Sibi (Urdu: سبی ) is a district in the center of Balochistan province of Pakistan. Sibi district was established in 1903. It was subdivided to create Nasirabad and Kohlu districts in 1974, Dera Bugti District in 1983, and Ziarat District in 1986. These new districts were considered part of the Sibi Division of Pakistan (except for Nasirabad) until 2000, when the third-tier "divisions" structure of government was dissolved. It is also known as the "Hot spot" of Pakistan where the temperatures in the summer exceed far above normal over 50°C.
