Fateh Jang

Fateh Jang (Fatehjang / Fatehjung / Fatehgarh / Fatehgunj / Fatehganj) is small town located nearly 25 miles (as the crow flies) southwest of Islamabad, Pakistan, on Rawalpindi-Kohat or Rawalpindi-Mianwali road. The new location of the Islamabad International Airport has been selected on Rawalpindi-Fateh Jang Road and the construction is started. Fateh Jang town is headquarters of a tehsil of oil-rich Attock District. It falls in the National Assembly constituency from where Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz was elected before taking oath as Prime Minister of Pakistan.
